Natural Green Peppercorns from Cochin, India. Green Peppercorns are true peppercorns from the Piper Nigrum plant, and actually really unripe black peppercorns! They're an exotic spice that need to be used quickly in dried form, so they're often preserved in brine or vinegar and served as a pickle in India and France. Also known as green pepper corns.
