We find Australian Macadamias to have a naturally sweeter and nuttier profile, making them the origin of choice for desserts such as Macadamia Nut cookies, Ice creams, biscuits, chocolates and just general snacking. Macadamia nuts need careful storage as they are high in volatile oils. We recommend storing in the fridge and consuming within 1-2 months after opening the packet. Longer storage is possible by using a freezer.
