Jerk cooking is a style of cooking native to Jamaica. Foods are dry rubbed or marinaded with a very spicy mixture and cooked in a smoke pit. It's very similar to pulled pork, as it's normally used for cooking pork and chicken. However, Jamaican Jerk Seasoning is all-purpose, and we've found it's also great with fish, shrimp, lamb, vegetables and tofu.
Please note: We freshly grind and pack our Jamaican Jerk Seasoning to order for maximum flavour. This signature recipe is our secret, so we cannot sell this blend in whole form.
