Buy great quality, Raw Whole Australian Macadamia from Regency Spices. Australia, together with Hawaii are the two native origins for Macadamia nuts in the world. We find Australian Macadamias to have a naturally sweeter and nuttier profile, making them the origin of choice for desserts such as Macadamia Nut cookies, Ice creams, biscuits, chocolates and just general snacking. Macadamia nuts need careful storage as they are high in volatile oils. We recommend storing in the fridge and consuming within 1-2 months after opening the packet. Longer storage is possible by using a freezer.

Special Note: Unfortunately we cannot offer a huge range of refill bags, samples and jar sizes to avoid contamination issues with the rest of our spices. Pecans are a type of nut and allergen, so we take the utmost care to ensure it does not come into contact with our other spices.
