But as cooks we know that curry from different parts of the world, even just 1 town away can taste very different! This Sri Lankan Curry spice is the traditional taste curry powder that is used by the most popular sri lankan recipes. It has hints of fenugreek, curry leaves and green cardamom, coupled with the staple cumin, coriander and a chilli powder base. The resulting curry is fragrant and rich, great for wet and dry style cooking. It is medium-hot to taste and very potent, so we suggest use little less at first and then adjust to taste. If you prefer yours with more heat, we suggest mixing together with our Spicy Chilli Flakes
